Example USPS Form 1508 Editable files

The links below are for an editable USPS Form 1508 which you can print and save. This allows you to put in your company name and title, then save it so that you don't have to write it each time. The Word Document seems to have issues (I use OpenOffice, so I can't test it with Word) and it does not seem to save the background image. You can download the background image (below) and then use that for your background.
